The Disability Confident scheme, developed by the Department for Work and Pensions, supports employers to become more inclusive by improving how they attract, recruit, and retain disabled people and those with long term health conditions.

Our Approach

As a business led by individuals with lived experience of disability, inclusion is not a tick box exercise for us. It is something we understand first hand.

We are committed to ensuring that our processes are fair, accessible, and practical, and that disabled people are not placed at a disadvantage when engaging with our business, whether as applicants, employees, or customers.

We recognise that barriers are often created by systems, not individuals, and we aim to remove those barriers wherever reasonably possible.
